Essential Items to Bring:

• Two sets of warm clothing
• One sweater and one jacket
• Poncho or raincoat
• One pair of trekking or sports shoes
• Three pairs of cotton or woollen socks
• One woollen cap and one pair of gloves
• One pair of sunglasses
• One water bottle
• One torch
• Towel and personal hygiene items
• A small backpack
• A small rucksack to carry everything
• Camera (optional)

Day 1: Arrival in Manali

- Arrive in Manali and spend the day acclimatizing.

- Explore the local markets and enjoy the scenic beauty.

- Overnight stay in a hotel or guesthouse in Manali.

Day 2: Manali to Jispa

- Drive from Manali to Jispa, approximately 140 km.

- The drive takes you through the beautiful landscapes of Lahaul Valley.

- Spend the day acclimatizing in Jispa.

- Overnight stay in a guesthouse or camp.

Day 3: Jispa to Bharatpur

- Drive from Jispa to Bharatpur, a short distance away.

- Set up camp and spend the day acclimatizing.

- Explore the surrounding area and enjoy the views of the mountains.

Day 4: Bharatpur to Yunam Base Camp

- Trek from Bharatpur to Yunam Base Camp, approximately 5-6 km.

- The trail takes you through rugged terrain and offers stunning views.

- Set up camp at the base camp and prepare for the summit attempt.

Day 5: Acclimatization and Training at Base Camp

- Spend the day acclimatizing and training at the base camp.

- Practice using climbing gear and techniques.

- Rest and prepare for the summit attempt.

Day 6: Summit Attempt and Return to Base Camp

- Start early for the summit attempt of Yunam Peak.

- The climb is challenging but non-technical, offering breathtaking views from the top.

- Descend back to Base Camp for the night.

Day 7: Base Camp to Manali

- Trek back from Base Camp to Bharatpur.

- Drive from Bharatpur to Manali.

- Celebrate the successful expedition and relax in Manali.
